Terapi Foot Massage Untuk Mengurangi Skala Nyeri Pada Pasien Post Sectio Caesarea : Studi Kasus

Latar Belakang: Masalah Nyeri akut post sectio caesarea pada ibu, dapat mengganggu aktivitas ibu dan juga proses pemberian asi pada bayi. Keluhan yang dirasakan ibu yaitu nyeri yang berasal dari insisi abdomen, ada berbagai macam penatalaksanaan nyeri yaitu dengan farmakologi dan nonfarmakologi. Tujuan: penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan penerapan foot massage terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea (SC). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan terhadap 5 partisipan. Foot massage diberikan selama 15 menit setelah 1 jam pemberian analgetik selama 3 hari berturut turut. Hasil: setelah dilakukan intervensi pemberian foot massage nyeri menurun dari 5 menjadi 3. Kesimpulan: penerapan foot massage membantu menurunkan nyeri post SC.Downloads
