Factors Contributing To The Development Of Musculoskeletal Disorders Among Employees In The Manufacturing Sector: A Cross-Sectional Study

Gangguan muskuloskeletal (MSDs) melibatkan cedera pada otot, tendon, ligamen, saraf, sendi, tulang, atau pembuluh darah di area seperti tangan, kaki, leher, atau punggung. Gangguan ini dapat disebabkan atau diperparah oleh faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan. MSDs merupakan salah satu penyakit akibat kerja yang paling umum terjadi, menempati urutan kedua di Indonesia, dengan tingkat prevalensi 7,3%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap MSDs di kalangan karyawan manufaktur. Dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan dari 50 karyawan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi foto/video. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa banyak peserta melaporkan MSD pada tubuh bagian atas, dengan postur tubuh yang buruk yang umum terjadi pada karyawan.Downloads
