One of the products on the VCT Line is the VCT rotor, with issues surrounding waste. Utilizing Lean Manufacturing approaches using the Waste Assessment Model and the Value Stream Analysis Tools is an effective way to solve issues and enhance efficiency in the VCT rotor system and production process at PT. XYZ. Total time savings as a result of the process change is 9,108.25 seconds, and the total lead time reduction in inventory is 34 days. The highest type of waste found in the VCT rotor is inventory, which accounts for 23,29% of the total waste. The large number of developing bread MSMEs creates competition in the market. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a strategy to help MSMEs get out of the competitive zone (Red Ocean). The aim of this research is to identify the position of MSME A with the Blue Ocean Strategy and also to find out the bread development strategy within the scope of the Blue Ocean Strategy. Based on the results obtained, the market position of MSME A is below that of competing MSMEs or MSME A is in the competition zone (Red Ocean). This can be seen from the initial Canvas Strategy results where the recapitulation of marketing variables for MSME A is 2.92, while the recapitulation value of competing MSME marketing variables includes MSME B 3.80, MSME C 3.25, and MSME D 2.95. XYZ to try to fulfill the desires and follow product developments among consumers. This research is research that aims to analyze the production capacity of polyester fiber with several forecasting methods as consideration between the two, namely Double Moving Average and Linear Regression. This research is located at PT. XYZ, in this research only examined the production of polyester fibers. The Double Moving Average method shows that the error rate in the form of Mean Squared Error produces 24,891 polyester fiber items, while the Linear Regression method shows that the error rate in the form of Mean Squared Error produces 594 polyester fiber items. Employees of the Logistics Department at PT. XYZ often have difficulties in completing their tasks according to the scheduled schedule. This situation often makes them work overtime to finish the work that's stacked. The requirement to ensure timely delivery and effective coordination with customers adds to their mental workload. In an attempt to determine the level of mental workload of the logistics department employees, a measurement of the mental labor load was carried out using the NASA TLX method. Based on the results of the measurements obtained, the result of the calculation of the average score of the total staff of the Logistics Department of 66.22 indicates that the classification of the overall mental work load of the employees included in the high level. The focus of the research lies in examining the impact of different blade shapes, specifically the curved shape, inverted linear taper, and rectangular shape measuring 8 cm x 20 cm at a 20<sup>0</sup> tilt angle. The experiments are conducted at various wind speeds: 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 m/s. The findings reveal that changes in blade shape significantly influence the operation of the horizontal shaft wind turbine. The Brake Horse Power (BHP) reaches its maximum with a rectangular blade shape, achieving 1.1 watts at a wind speed of 11 m/s and a corresponding torque of 0.0221 Nm. This study empirically examined the specificity of the servant leadership construct when compared with other positive leadership constructs. The mediation effect of psychological ownership of lecturers was also examined. A total of 321 responses were analyzed using a two-stage structural equation modeling (SEM) approach to confirm factors and test the study hypotheses. The results showed that the level of servant leadership had a significant effect on psychological ownership, and servant leadership had a significant indirect effect on affective commitment to change only through psychological ownership of the lecturers. There are still many weaknesses in government public services, one of which is that the service system time is approximately 20-30 minutes. This research aims to identify waste and increase the productivity of the PKB service process at SAMSAT Bone Bolango. Based on results of service process flow mapping using Process Activity Mapping and Value Stream Mapping is known in total lead time service time was 1317.23 seconds and there was 54.45% non-value added activity time with the largest percentage causing waste, namely delay. This research aims to determine the effect of adding ash from empty palm fruit bunches on making biodiesel from used cooking oil. Adsorbent is a solid substance that an adsorption process which is used for the refining process of used cooking oil. Used cooking oil is oil derived from leftover cooking oil which has a higher saturated fatty acid content than new vegetable oil. This study aims to determine the process of making adsorbents, the process of refining used cooking oil, and the effect of adsorbent variations on the purification of used cooking oil. This research was carried out with the adsorption process, adding 15% of the adsorbent variation. The process of making the adsorbent was carried out by dehydration, carbonization at 600<sup>0</sup>C, and activation with 3% HCl for 24 hours. Some disturbances in a production or distribution process often occur due to problems in the piping system. One of the serious problems in piping systems is the flow-induced vibration. This vibration problem if not handled properly will cause damage to the structure of the piping system and related components such as pumps or other fluid machines. In this study, the influence of fluid characteristics and the type of support on the vibration pattern (mode shape) will be investigated experimentally. Fluid characteristics are expressed in air and liquid fractions. Two types of pipe support are simply supported and clamped supported in detail investigated. The shape mode of the pipe vibration that occurs is measured as a function of fluid characteristics and support type. The measurement results are experimentally then compared with the results of simulations conducted with Finite Element Analysis. The research material used 80 DOC broilers (CP 707). The research method was an experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments consisted of P0 (control drinking water), P1 (2 ml of fermented cabbage waste/liter of drinking water), P2 (3 ml of fermented cabbage waste/liter of drinking water), and P3 (4 ml of fermented cabbage waste/liter of water). drinking water). The tests conducted include unit root tests, cointegration tests, the Error Correction Model involving long-term and short-term tests, and classical assumption tests. The results of the analysis reveal that, in the long term, the exchange rate does not significantly affect oil and gas exports in Indonesia, whereas both the money supply and foreign exchange reserves have a significant impact on oil and gas exports. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique and 7 banks were obtained that met the criteria. The analysis method used in this research is panel data by testing via Eviews 10. The independent variable variable is green banking with projections (ATM units, paper use, water use) while the dependent variable is bank profitability with ROA projections. The resuts of this research are that ATM units have an effect on ROA, while paper use and water use have nothing to do with ROA. This study reveals a positive and significant impact of both electronic money circulation and peer-to-peer lending accounts on MSME financing. The aim of this research is to determine the best reaction time. The procedure consists of 3 initial stages and 2 core stages, namely, sample preparation, reducing the size to 50 mesh, delignification using a 15% NaOH solution for 3 hours, bleaching using a 6% NaOCl solution for 3 hours, alkalization using&nbsp; isopropanol and alkalized with 15% NaOH for 1 hour, in the carboxymethylation stage, sodium monochloroacetate (NaMCA) was added with time variations of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 hours. This condition causes picking activities to take a long time and makes stock monitoring difficult. The aim of this research is to produce an appropriate goods storage design so that it can increase warehouse effectiveness. This research uses a special storage method. Where a special storage policy or method is permanently placed on each item. The number of product storage locations must meet the maximum storage space requirements and a simulation is carried out using FlexSim software. Workers in tobacco processing sector X, while performing their tasks using plastic chairs without proper ergonomic support, can lead to complaints of skeletal muscle disorders. The aim of this research is to analyze the risk of complaints of skeletal muscle disorders in the work of tobacco processing X. The sampling technique used random sampling with a sample size of 9 respondents. Measurement of skeletal muscle disorder complaints used a questionnaire based on SNI 9011:2021. Data analysis was done using the Chi-square test. The test results show that physical fatigue, job tasks, and age are related to complaints of skeletal muscle disorders. The accident prediction equation developed by the United State Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT) is one of the most frequently used formulas due to its accuracy in predicting the number of accidents at level crossings. In this study, the calculation of hazard index and hazard index and probability of accidents for the next few years using the U.S. DOT formula approach at level crossings located in Madiun City, namely JPL 1, JPL 136 and JPL 138. The focus of this research is on the foot ring plate of the sofa/spring bed. This research was conducted to analyze whether the paper production section at PM One experienced a shortage of workers. In this context, a labor shortage can be interpreted as meaning that UD.ARTHOMORO has not found the ideal number of workers to achieve optimal production efficiency. To overcome this problem, the research used the Work Load Analysis (WLA) method. The research results show that paper production at PM one reached 9000 PCS, with a manufacturing time of around 22.99 minutes per 30pcs. WLA's analysis concluded that to achieve that level of production, 17 workers were needed. However, in reality, there are only 9 workers working in that section. Therefore, an additional 8 workers are needed so that production can run optimally. One of the proposed solutions is to provide overtime hours to the 9 existing workers, without increasing the number of workers. The calculation results show that the costs incurred by the company for overtime hours are lower than adding new workers. Therefore, from a financial perspective, providing overtime hours to existing workers is a more efficient option. The problem found in this research is the delay in achieving the demand target which originates from worker fatigue due to work pressure and other factors during the production process. In this research, workload measurements will be carried out and determine the optimal or ideal number of workers to meet demand. By using several research methods, including work sampling and work load analysis (WLA), which functions to determine the workload and the optimal number of workers. After the method was applied, the results showed that assembly of the DK-274 baby powder packaging product required a manufacturing time of 1.40 minutes per product unit with an average workload of 109.04% (overload). Due to the high demand for semi-stainless spatula and c-elbow electric grater products, the company experienced uncontrolled inbound and outbound sales. Therefore, sales forecasting is imperative. Sales forecasting uses previous data to decide how many products to market. Chen's Fuzzy Time Series model uses a technique for forecasting the demand for semi-stainless spatulas and c-elbow electric grates for the next month based on previous data patterns. The two methods used to analyze data are qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The aim of creating this forecasting model is to improve forecasting results, especially in terms of accuracy. The aim of this research is to minimize the cost of snapper supplies so that the production process becomes more efficient. The analysis begins with data on demand for red snapper in 2023. The movement of recorded demand shows fairly stable fluctuations, although there are some significant declines in certain months, data on ordering costs and storage costs, including raw material prices, ordering frequency, costs forklift, and ice cube costs, have been obtained to account for the total cost of raw material inventory. Data on fish demand, ordering costs, storage costs, and inventory factors were analyzed, resulting in an optimal order quantity of 298.98 kg per order with an order frequency of 6 times a year. Cost analysis shows potential savings of Rp. 3,078,677.43, safety stock of 127 kg and re order point of 42 kg. This research provides insight into the efficiency of inventory management at PT. This research was carried out designing, making, and developing tools that previously existed. This development focuses on how to communicate between microcontrollers and aims at the needs of large and open land. Where in previous studies the coverage area was only the area around the radius of the wifi router and the coverage will be increased again using NRF24L01. In previous studies using relays on the solenoid valve will be replaced using Mosfet LR7843 which has lower electrical power requirements. This system uses the Wemos D1 Mini and Arduino Uno as its microcontroller, where data from sensors in the system in the Arduino Uno will be sent using NRF24L01 and received by NRF24L01 on the Wemos D1 Mini. Then the data that has been received will be processed and sent to the internet and can be monitored through the Blynk application which can see temperature conditions, air humidity and soil moisture. From the test results, the average difference obtained at a temperature reading of 0.44 ° C and air humidity of 3.2%, and when the humidity reaches &gt;50% the solenoid valve can open automatically. Hindus in Pekanbaru City have a small number compared to other religions with a presentation of 0.02%. But this does not reduce their obedience in carrying out purnama and tilem rituals. This research uses a ritual perspective, where communication is not a process of message transmission but as a representation of shared beliefs. This research aims to describe the communication patterns of full moon and tilem rituals in Hindus in Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which focuses on observation and interview. The results showed that the communication of purnama and tilem rituals in Pekanbaru City was carried out with five series of processes, namely <em>nganteb banten, puja trisandya, kramaning sembah</em>, <em>hening and doa</em>, and <em>dharma wacana</em>.
