Abstract

Seorang kepala sekolah berwewenang dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kinerja seorang guru, melalui motivasi kerja yang dapat menunjang kompetensi professional guru di sekolah dasar, sehingga dapat terlaksananya kegiatan supervisi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Supervisi Akademik Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Dengan Kompetensi Profesional Guru Di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode statistika dan deskripsi. Hasil analisis uji korelasi rank sprearman pada variabel supervisi akademik (X1) dan kompetensi professional guru di sekolah dasar (Y) dengan memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,944 yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel ini memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Sedangkan pada variabel motivasi kerja (X2) dan kompetensi professional guru di sekolah dasar (Y) memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,962 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel ini memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Sehingga, hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah adanya hubungan pelaksanaan program supervisi akademik terhadap motivasi kerja guru dengan kompetensi professional guru.
