Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan Pemberian Reward  terhadap  Kedisiplinan anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Ihsan Kids Kota Pekanbaru Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini bahwa ada hubungan yang positif antara pemberian reward  terhadap kedisiplinan anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Ihsan Kids Kota Pekanbaru, hal ini di buktikan hasil korelasi r hitung menunjukan 0,562 sedangkan r table pada 5% yakni 0,361, maka dapat dikatakan r hitung > r table (0,562>0,361). Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan Ha diterima Ho ditolak atau adanya hubungan yang positif pemberian Reward  terhadap kedisiplinan anak.
