Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrol diri dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa jurusan PIPS FKIP Universitas Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan PIPS FKIP Universitas riau dengan jumlah 233 mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 130 mahasiswa dengan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket  yang disebarkan melalui google form dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontrol diri dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa jurusan PIPS FKIP Universitas Riau dengan persamaan regresi Y= 32,586-124X1-035X2+e dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 30,4%.
