Abstract

Pengimplementasian business intelligence dalam dunia bisnis sudah cukup umum diterapkan di kancah internasional. Namun di Indonesia, business intelligence masih menjadi topik yang cukup awam diterapkan di perusahaan, khususnya pada sektor properti. Hal ini menggugah penulis untuk membuat suatu sistem business intelligence untuk sektor tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan suatu sistem business intelligence untuk PT. XYZ yang bergerak di bidang property management. Sistem ini akan dibuat untuk melihat penjelasan deskriptif dari status pembayaran klien, serta prediksi ketepatan pembayaran klien kedepannya.  Metode yang digunakan menggunakan business intelligence life cycle yang terdiri dari 5 tahap, yaitu feasibility study, project planning, business analysis, design, serta construction. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak klien yang menunggak pembayaran, serta prediksi jumlah pembayaran tepat waktu kedepannya dengan 24 pembayaran tepat waktu.
