Pengaruh Harga, Promosi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Kereta Api Indonesia dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi, dengan menggunakan model Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 2) promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 3) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 4) harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 5) promosi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 6) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 7) kepuasan pelanggan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 8) kepuasan pelanggan tidak memediasi pengaruh harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 9) kepuasan pelanggan tidak memediasi pengaruh promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan 10) kepuasan pelanggan tidak memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Downloads
