One of the efforts to overcome livestock waste is to use cow urine as liquid organic fertilizer which is known as cow biourine fertilizer. Peneliti?n ini bertuju?n untuk menget?hui k?ndung?n Nitrogen (N), P2O5, K2O, C-Org?nik, Ferrum (Fe) d?n pH p?d? biourine s?pi y?ng dih?silk?n ?kib?t pen?mb?h?n berb?g?i bio?ktiv?tor.Peneliti?n ini dil?ks?n?k?n di kebun percob??n F?kult?s Pert?ni?n Universit?s Flores, Kelur?h?n Lokoboko, Kec?m?t?n Ndon?, Ende Regency. This research was carried out for 3 months, namely from November 2021-January 2022. As for the chemical variables observed, namely: soil pH, N-Total, P-Available, K-Available. The results of the analysis of the chemical properties of soil from the laboratory are then analyzed for soil chemical criteria and soil fertility using the matching method. The results of the research showed that: The addition of various bioactivators to the quality of the organic liquid fertilizer of cow biourine showed C-Organic concentration in the organic liquid fertilizer, – 1,39% of the cow biourine concentration. %, phosphorus concentrations ranged from 0.94 to 1.19 ppm, potassium ranged from 0.92 to 1.16 me/100 g, Fe ranged from 40.18 to 78.82 ppm, and soil pH ranged from 4.16 – 4.40Downloads
