Mengukur Kinerja Guru

Keberhasilan pembelajaran di sekolah tidak terlepas dari kinerja guru yang ada di sekolah tersebut dan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja guru di sekolah diperlukan suatu alat ukur (instrumen) yang sesuai. Untuk itu, sekolah perlu mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki instrumen pengukuran kinerja guru di sekolahnya saat ini. Penelitian kami menggunakan pendekatan Model Human Performance Technology Romiszowski. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah para guru dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Setelah penelitian dilakukan, didapatkan Model Human Performance Technology Romiszowski berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.Downloads
