Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Digital terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Pengguna Shopee Food di Kota Bandung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas layanan digital terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pengguna shopee food di kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini 100 orang pengguna shopee food di kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, koefisien korelasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh korelasi sebesar 0,646 artinya hubungan x dan y kuat. R square sebesar 0,418 yang artinya besar persentase sumbangan pengaruh kualitas layanan digital terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 41,8%, sisanya 58,2% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Persamaan regresi Y’ = 5.586 + 0,549X. Hasil uji t didapat Sig 0,000 berarti nilai Sig < 0,05 maka kualitas layanan digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Downloads
