Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ada tidaknya perbedaan perolehan belajar antara mahasiswa yang bergaya kognitif Field Dependent (FD) dan mahasiswa yang bergaya kognitif Field Independent (FI), sekaligus ingin melihat mana yang lebih unggul. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua mahasiswa semester IV Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Manado. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi, korelasi dan analisis perbedaan nilai rata-rata dengan menggunakan tes“t”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh Gaya Kognitif Field Dependent dan Gaya Kognitif Field Independent terhadap Perolehan Belajar mahasiswa di jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Manado.
