Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas VIII di Smp Negeri 1 Pegagan Hilir Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 siswa dan jumlah sampel adalah 93 siswa atau disebut dengan total sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji multikolineritas, analisis statistic berganda, analisis linear regresi berganda, uji signifikansi parsial (uji t), uji signifikansi simultan (f) dan uji R2 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal dan faktor terhadap prestasi belajar mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar dengan persamaan Y=   16,55 + 0,48 X1 + 0,53 X2 dan uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) untuk variabel X1 diperoleh nilai thitung >ttabel (4.820 >thitung) dan nilai signifikan adalah 0,000 < 0,05 menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara faktor internal terhadap prestasi belajar. Selanjutnya untuk variabel X2 diperoleh nilai thitung >ttabel  (5.146) dan nilai signifikansi adalah 0,000 < 0,005 menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan faktor eksternal terhadap prestasi belajar.
