Analisis Tingkat Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Babelan

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Babelan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Babelan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 73 siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Babelan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket kuesioner dengan 60 item pertanyaan yang berdasarkan oleh teori Uno (2013). Hasil estimasi reliabilitas untuk angket motivasi belajar menunjukkan nilai reliabilitas (Cronbach’s alpha) 0,815. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa butir-butir angket motivasi belajar termasuk dalam kategori reliabilitas yang tinggi (reliable). Instrumen angket yang telah divalidasikan kepada dosen ahli untuk validasi isi dan diuji cobakan dengan hasil memiliki nilai reliabilitas yang tinggi, kemudian instrumen angket tersebut siap digunakan sebagai instrument penelitian. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif-statistik. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, memiliki tiga tingkatan yaitu tingkat motivasi belajar tinggi sebanyak 8 orang (11%), tingkat motivasi sedang 55 orang (75%), dan tingkat motivasi rendah 10 orang (14%). Dan tingkat motivasi siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 babelan tergolong sedang. Sedangkan dari indikator pada angket yang diberikan diperoleh rata-rata presentasenya 56,84% dengan kategori sedang hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa siswa adanya dorongan yang cukup baik dalam belajar. Kata Kunci: Analisis, Motivasi Belajar, SMK Negeri 1 Babelan. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the level of motivation of class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Babelan. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Babelan. The research sample consisted of 73 students of class XI at SMK Negeri 1 Babelan. Data collection used a questionnaire technique with 60 question items based on Uno's theory (2013). The results of the reliability estimation for the learning motivation questionnaire showed a reliability value (Cronbach's alpha) of 0.815. These results indicate that the items of the learning motivation questionnaire are included in the high reliability category. The questionnaire instrument that has been validated to expert lecturers for content validation and tested with the results has a high reliability value, then the questionnaire instrument is ready to be used as a research instrument. Data analysis techniques using descriptive-statistics. The results of the study can be concluded that the learning motivation of class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Babelan has three levels, namely a high learning motivation level of 8 people (11%), a moderate motivation level of 55 people (75%), and a low motivation level of 10 people (14%) ). And the level of motivation of class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Babelan is classified as moderate. Meanwhile, from the indicators in the questionnaire given, it was obtained that the average percentage was 56.84% in the medium category. This shows that students have a good enough drive to study.
