Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior Terhadap Service Performance: Peran Moderasi Job Happiness dan Job Satisfaction

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior Terhadap Service Performance Yang Dimoderasi Oleh Job Happiness dan Job Satisfaction Di Hotel Sahid Bela Ternate. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer (kuesioner). Model Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Sampel penelitian adalah 110 karyawan yang ada di Hotel Sahid Bela Ternate. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Service Performance dan Job Happiness, Job Satisfaction dapat memoderasi dan memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Service Performance.Downloads
