Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Program Praktek Kerja Lapangan Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa XII Akuntansi dan Lembaga Di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian Survei. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner pada Siswa Kelas XII Akuntansi dan Lembaga di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo. Jumlah penarikan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 89 Responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Program Praktek Kerja Lapangan Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa XII Akuntansi dan Lembaga Di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo. Besaran pengaruh program praktek kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa 40,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59,9% dipengaruhi variabel yang tidak di teliti.
