Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kualitas pelayanan dipengaruhi oleh permintaan konsumen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang. metode pengumpulan data yang menggunakan g-form dan studi literatur serta penggunaan kuesioner. Studi saat ini menggunakan analisis metode lanjutan regresi lapisan dalam SPSS 21. Mempertimbangkan bukti, hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Menurut hasil regresi linier regresi tidak standar, koefisien unstandardized untuk data berjumlah 1,112, yang menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Downloads
