Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi manajemen pegawai, manajemen kesiswaan dan manajemen akademik berbasis sistem teknologi informasi di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Doloksanggul, Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data dan penyajian data. Untuk uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan Triangulasi. Setelah melakukan penelitian di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Doloksanggul, peneliti menemukan beberapa fakta bahwa implementasi manajemen pegawai, manajemen kesiswaan dan manajemen akademik berbasis sistem teknologi informasidi  Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Doloksanggul, sudah diimplementasikan dengan baik.
