Pertumbuhan pengguna internet secara Global menunjukkan peningkatan. Pertumbuhan pengguna internet ini juga berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan pengguna media sosial dan mobile. Dengan demikian maka kebutuhan dan permintaan akan internet semakin tinggi di Indonesia, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia sebagai salah satu operator Telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia ingin meningkatkan kualitas layanan sesuai visi dan misinya dengan membuat infrastruktur menggunakan serat optik sebagai media transmisinya, salah satu produk yang hadir adalah pelayanan IndiHome. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi nilai IndiHome di Kabupaten Karawang; mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan IndiHome di Kabupaten Karawang; dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh persepsi nilai terhadap kepuasan pelanggan IndiHome di Kabupaten Karawang.Downloads
