Kewirausahaan adalah suatu proses yang menciptakan sesuatu objek agar mampu memberi nilai tambah dalam suatu perekonomian. Usaha Sempol Ayam ARSAN berlokasi di Perum STI Blok AA No.20 RT 05 RW 08 Kelurahan Sumber Taman, Kecamatan Wonoasih Kota Probolinggo. Usaha ini berawal dari pembentukan kelompok wanita tani (KWT) yang mana dalam kelompok tersebut terdapat berbagai pelatihan usaha-usaha sehingga menghasilkan ide untuk membuat makanan yang disukai anak-anak maupun orang dewasa yaitu SEMPOL AYAM. Kendala atau permasalahan yang dialami biasanya karena harga daging ayam yang cenderung fluktuasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan kunjungan langsung kepada pelaku UMKM melalui teknik Wawancara, Observasi dan Dokumentasi.Downloads
