ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI SIFARMA DALAM MENUNJANG SISTEM PELAPORAN DAN PENCATATAN (RECORDING AND REPORTING) OBAT : LITERATURE REVIEW

Transformasi digital dalam sektor kesehatan mendorong pemanfaatan sistem informasi farmasi (SIFARMA) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pencatatan dan pelaporan obat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review untuk menganalisis implementasi SIFARMA, efektivitas sistem, kendala yang dihadapi, serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas pelayanan farmasi. Data dikumpulkan dari artikel ilmiah di Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Scopus, dengan kriteria publikasi tahun 2018–2025 yang relevan dan tersedia full-text. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan tema: proses penerapan, efektivitas, kendala, dukungan kebijakan, dan dampak sistem. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa SIFARMA mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, serta transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan obat. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan integrasi sistem. Dukungan pimpinan dan kebijakan dari Dinas Kesehatan terbukti menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan implementasi. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan SIFARMA berdampak positif terhadap kualitas pelayanan farmasi, menjadikannya instrumen penting dalam manajemen obat berbasis teknologi informasi.References
