Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam sektor kesehatan mendorong pemanfaatan sistem informasi seperti Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS), termasuk SIMGOS, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan. Keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi model PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, dan Service) terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi melalui pendekatan literature review. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan sumber data dari database Google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect pada rentang tahun 2019–2025. Kriteria inklusi meliputi artikel yang membahas model PIECES dan kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi, serta tersedia dalam teks lengkap. Analisis dilakukan secara sistematis dengan membandingkan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi performance, information, dan efficiency memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Information menjadi faktor paling dominan karena berkaitan dengan kualitas data yang dihasilkan sistem. Sementara itu, economics menunjukkan pengaruh positif namun tidak dominan. Sebaliknya, control dan service cenderung tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan karena dianggap sebagai fungsi dasar sistem. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi rumah sakit perlu difokuskan pada kualitas kinerja sistem, informasi, dan efisiensi penggunaan.
