EDUKASI MANAJEMEN LAKTASI MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESAREA DI RSU PKU MUHAMMADIYAH BANTUL : CASE STUDY

Edukasi manajemen laktasi merupakan intervensi keperawatan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan menyusui, khususnya pada ibu post sectio caesarea yang sering mengalami hambatan fisik dan kurangnya pengetahuan. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan maternitas melalui pemberian edukasi manajemen laktasi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien post sectio caesarea di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada seorang pasien nifas hari pertama post sectio caesarea dengan masalah keperawatan defisit pengetahuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan studi dokumentasi. Asuhan keperawatan disusun berdasarkan Standar Diagnosa Keperawatan Indonesia (SDKI), Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI), dan Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI), dengan fokus pada edukasi manajemen laktasi. Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan edukasi manajemen laktasi, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesiapan pasien dalam menyusui, ditandai dengan kemampuan pasien menjelaskan kembali materi edukasi dan sikap positif terhadap pemberian ASI. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa edukasi manajemen laktasi efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu post sectio caesarea dan dapat dijadikan intervensi keperawatan yang aplikatif dalam praktik keperawatan maternitas.References
