PERSPEKTIF TATALAKSANA HIPERTENSI YANG DIALAMI PASIEN DI AREA AGRIKULTUR KABUPATEN JEMBER

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi secara kualitatif pengalaman pasien terkait hipertensi, pengendalian tatalaksana farmakologi dan nonfarmakologi hipertensi serta lifestyle terkait hipertensi. Studi kualitatif ini melibatkan responden usia ≥35 tahun yang aktif menjalankan terapi kronis hipertensi minimal 2 tahun dan aktif kontrol pengobatan di Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pratama. Penelitian ini melibatkan 6 responden yang didapatkan dengan teknik snowball sampling untuk mengikuti wawancara mendalam secara tatap muka menggunakan pertanyaan semi terstruktur dari panduan wawancara yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan hasil tinjauan pustaka yang diperoleh. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi secara manual, yang meliputi tahapan persiapan data, pengkodean awal, hingga penyajian temuan penelitian. Temuan dalam penelitian ini sebagian besar responden mendefinisikan hipertensi adalah sebuah gejala yang dialami berdasarkan pengalaman responden seperti pusing berputar seperti vertigo, kaku pada leher dan pundak. Responden tidak memiliki pemahaman dengan jelas mengenai batas nilai tekanan darah, mereka rata-rata mengetahui hipertensi secara kebetulan dari edukasi petugas kesehatan. Sebagian besar responden melaporkan bahwa diagnosis hipertensi mereka ditemukan secara tidak sengaja saat akan melakukan skrining ke Faskes/ FKTP. Dalam pengendalian farmakologi hipertensi, responden sebagian besar patuh dan rutin mengkonsumsi obat hingga dapat menyebutkan macam dan waktu mengkonsumsi obat. Selain itu pada intervensi non-farmakologis, sebagian besar responden mengkonsumsi buah-buahan dan sayuran yang diolah menjadi jus, sebagai alternatif tambahan dalam mengendalikan hipertensi.References
