ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN SUMBER DAYA YANG BERKONTRIBUSI TERHADAP INSIDEN KESELAMATAN PEMBEDAHAN : LITERATURE REVIEW

Kesalahan dalam tindakan operasi, baik sebelum, selama, maupun setelah prosedur merupakan komponen penting yang harus diperhatikan demi berlangsungnya keselamatan pasien. Kesalahan operasi berkontribusi pada 10% dari semua insiden medis yang dapat dicegah dalam layanan kesehatan. Tanpa pengelolaan yang tepat terhadap prosedur, sumber daya manusia, peralatan, hingga manajemen waktu akan menimbulkan terjadinya kesalahan operasi dengan mudah. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk melakukan analisis terhadap tantangan dan keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya yang berpotensi berkontribusi terhadap insiden keselamatan pembedahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan keterbatasan pengelolaan sumber daya yang dapat berkontribusi terhadap insiden keselamatan pembedahan dan kesalahan operasi. Desain yang digunakan adalah literature review, penelusuran artikel dilakukan melalui database PubMed dan Google Scholar. Kriteria artikel yang digunakan adalah yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2021-2025. Total temuan artikel sebanyak 389, namun hanya 8 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan artikel yang telah dikumpulkan didapatkan hasil bahwa kesalahan operasi baik itu pra operasi, pada saat operasi, dan pasca operasi dapat ditimbulkan karena adanya keterbatasan sumber daya dan tantangan yang harus dihadapi pada keterbatasan pengelolaan sumber daya. Keterbatasan sumber daya berkaitan dengan tiga hal yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan pengalaman atau pendidikan, dan teknologi pengalaman. Sedangkan, tantangan berkaitan dengan tantangan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan tantangan selama prosedur operasi.References
