GAMBARAN FAKTOR GIZI SENSITIF DAN SPESIFIK PADA DAERAH DENGAN KEJADIAN STUNTING TERTINGGI DI PULAU SULAWESI

Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang masih menjadi tantangan utama di beberapa wilayah Indonesia, termasuk Pulau Sulawesi. Ketimpangan prevalensi antar daerah menunjukkan bahwa determinan stunting tidak bersifat tunggal, melainkan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor gizi spesifik dan gizi sensitif yang berbeda di setiap wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran indikator gizi spesifik dan gizi sensitif pada enam kabupaten/kota dengan prevalensi stunting tertinggi di Pulau Sulawesi berdasarkan data Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik dengan analisis perbandingan antarwilayah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi stunting di enam daerah masih berada di atas rata-rata nasional (19,8%), dengan angka tertinggi di Kabupaten Buton Selatan (35,2%), diikuti Mamuju (34,6%) dan Jeneponto (33,8%). Terdapat variasi pola faktor risiko antarwilayah, baik pada indikator gizi spesifik seperti riwayat penyakit infeksi, cakupan imunisasi, dan konsumsi suplementasi selama kehamilan, maupun pada indikator gizi sensitif seperti akses air bersih, sanitasi layak, dan kepemilikan jaminan kesehatan. Perbedaan karakteristik ini menunjukkan bahwa stunting merupakan permasalahan multidimensional yang memerlukan intervensi terintegrasi dan berbasis kondisi lokal agar program penurunan stunting lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran.References
