EFEKTIVITAS RELAKSASI DZIKIR DALAM MENURUNKAN INTENSITAS NYERI PERSALINAN KALA I

Nyeri yang berat dapat memicu respons stres yang kuat, meningkatkan stimulasi saraf simpatetik, merangsang pelepasan hormon stres seperti adrenalin dan kortisol, serta meningkatkan kecemasan ibu secara signifikan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas relaksasi dzikir dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri persalinan kala I. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian one group pretest post test without control. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2025 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor sebanyak 40 ibu hamil. Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan sampling jenuh/sensus, sehingga besar sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Numerical Rating Scale. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum intervensi, rerata intensitas nyeri berada pada kategori nyeri berat (mean 8,47), sedangkan setelah diberikan relaksasi dzikir, rerata intensitas nyeri menurun secara bermakna menjadi nyeri sedang mendekati ringan (mean 3,97). Perbedaan ini didukung oleh hasil uji statistik dengan nilai p < 0,05, yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penurunan intensitas nyeri ini mencerminkan bahwa relaksasi dzikir mampu meningkatkan kenyamanan ibu bersalin melalui mekanisme relaksasi psikologis dan spiritual, yang berperan dalam menurunkan kecemasan dan meningkatkan kemampuan koping terhadap nyeri persalinan. Bidan diharapkan dapat memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan relaksasi dzikir sejak masa antenatal untuk meningkatkan kesiapan ibu menghadapi persalinan.References
