PIRING SEHATKU HARI INI: EDUKASI PARTISIPATIF ‘ISI PIRINGKU’ BAGI IBU DI DESA LASEM

Gizi masih menjadi isu kesehatan masyarakat yang cukup serius pada berbagai wilayah Indonesia, salah satunya pada Kabupaten Gresik. Berdasarkan data Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) tahun 2023, prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Gresik tercatat mencapai 15,4%. Kondisi ini tercermin secara spesifik di Desa Lasem, di mana ditemukan sebanyak 8 balita mengalami stunting, 8 balita underweight (berat badan kurang), dan 8 ibu hamil yang menderita Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK). Kondisi ini mencerminkan masih rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat setempat mengenai pola konsumsi yang ideal sesuai standar kesehatan. Berangkat dari urgensi tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengoptimalkan literasi gizi dan keterampilan praktis ibu-ibu di Desa Lasem dalam menerapkan pedoman "Isi Piringku". Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan desain one group pre-test post-test yang diawali dengan identifikasi masalah melalui analisis SWOT. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 15 ibu yang terdiri dari kader Posyandu, ibu penerima PMT, dan anggota PKK Desa Lasem. Intervensi dilakukan melalui pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif berupa penyuluhan gizi dilengkapi permainan penyusunan menu harian sesuai prinsip “Isi Piringku”, serta demonstrasi memasak Kroket Bayam berbasis pangan lokal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan pre-test dan post-test serta observasi partisipatif, dengan analisis data secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasilnya, terjadi lonjakan pengetahuan peserta yang sangat signifikan sebesar 40%, dengan kenaikan nilai rata-rata dari 45% menjadi 85%. Selain itu, seluruh kelompok peserta (100%) berhasil menyusun komposisi menu harian yang tepat sesuai prinsip gizi seimbang. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi gizi dan keterampilan ibu dalam menerapkan prinsip Isi Piringku sebagai upaya preventif masalah gizi keluarga.References
