Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital, khususnya Internet of Things (IoT), membuka peluang dalam meningkatkan efektivitas asuhan keperawatan komunitas. Namun, rendahnya pemberdayaan keluarga, keterbatasan literasi kesehatan, serta kurangnya pemantauan berkelanjutan pada pasien di rumah masih menjadi permasalahan utama. Keluarga sebagai unit terkecil dalam masyarakat memiliki peran penting dalam keberhasilan asuhan keperawatan komunitas, sehingga diperlukan inovasi yang mampu memperkuat partisipasi dan kemandirian keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi teknologi berbasis IoT terhadap pemberdayaan keluarga dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan komunitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review dengan penelusuran artikel melalui database Google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect menggunakan kerangka PICOS dan pedoman PRISMA. Kriteria inklusi meliputi artikel tahun 2020–2025, full text, berbahasa Indonesia atau Inggris, serta membahas penerapan IoT dalam konteks keperawatan komunitas atau kesehatan keluarga. Sebanyak 10 artikel memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa penerapan IoT berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan literasi kesehatan, partisipasi aktif keluarga, kemandirian dalam pemantauan kondisi pasien, serta efisiensi pelayanan keperawatan komunitas. Selain itu, penggunaan perangkat digital dan sistem pemantauan real-time meningkatkan kepercayaan diri keluarga dalam pengambilan keputusan kesehatan. Disimpulkan bahwa integrasi teknologi IoT dalam asuhan keperawatan komunitas efektif dalam memperkuat pemberdayaan keluarga dan berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan secara berkelanjutaan
