ANALISIS PENGARUH PERAN CLINICAL PATHWAY DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESELAMATAN PASIEN DI UNIT GAWAT DARURAT RUMAH SAKIT : KAJIAN LITERATUR

Keselamatan pasien merupakan aspek penting di Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD), yang menuntut keputusan cepat dan tepat. Clinical pathway dikembangkan sebagai pendekatan berbasis bukti untuk menstandarkan alur perawatan, mempercepat intervensi, dan mengurangi variasi layanan, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan hasil klinis. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penelitian terbaru tentang implementasi clinical pathway di UGD dan dampaknya terhadap keselamatan pasien serta kualitas layanan. Kajian literatur ini menelusuri artikel dari Google Scholar dan PubMed dengan kata kunci dalam bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia. Artikel tahun 2020–2025 yang mengaitkan clinical pathway dengan indikator keselamatan pasien dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Artikel opini, editorial, atau tidak tersedia full-text dikeluarkan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan tematik, lalu disintesis secara naratif untuk mengidentifikasi pola efektivitas clinical pathway terhadap keselamatan pasien di UGD. Dari 125 artikel yang ditemukan, enam artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa clinical pathway di UGD mampu menurunkan komplikasi, mempercepat keputusan klinis, serta meningkatkan efisiensi penanganan pada berbagai kasus, dan memperkuat koordinasi antar tenaga medis. Clinical pathway terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keselamatan dan mutu layanan di UGD melalui pendekatan yang terstruktur, tepat waktu, dan efisien. Kajian ini mendukung integrasi clinical pathway dalam sistem mutu layanan darurat rumah sakit.References
