INTERVENSI HEALTH WOODEN BOARD TERHADAP PENINGKATAN NILAI ABI DI RSUD WANGAYA

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) adalah suatu penyakit yang terjadi karena penurunan bertahap fungsi ginjal. Kasus pasien Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) di Indonesia menunjukkan tren peningkatan, terutama pada peserta JKN yang mengalami lonjakan drastis pada tahun 2023. Jumlah peserta JKN yang menderita GGK melonjak drastis dari tahun 2022 (sekitar 222418) menjadi tahun 2023 (sekitar 1501016). Tujuan penulisan ini adalah menganalisis asuhan keperawatan pada pasien CKD dengan intervensi Health Wooden Board terhadap peningkatan nilai ABI di rsud wangaya. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus melalui pendekatan asuhan keperawatan mencakup pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil: Subjek penelitian ini menggunakan satu orang pasien CKD dengan hipervolemia disertai masalah PAD yang diukur berdasarkan nilai ABI. Simpulan: Berdasarkan studi kasus yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan yaitu intervensi menggunakan inovasi Health Wooden Board dapat membantu mengatai masalah PAD yang dialami pasien, namun intervensi sebaiknya dilakukan 2 kali dalam seminggu sampai masalah PAD dapat teratasi untuk mendapat hasil yang maksimal.References
