HUBUNGAN PERSPEKTIF PEKERJA DENGAN KEPATUHAN PELAKSANAAN SOP K3 DI PERUSAHAAN X

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menanggapi ditemukannya perilaku tidak patuh terhadap Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada lingkungan kerja berisiko tinggi di Perusahaan X. Ketidakpatuhan tersebut berpotensi meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan kerja dan menurunkan tingkat keselamatan pekerja. Salah satu faktor yang diduga memengaruhi kepatuhan terhadap SOP K3 adalah perspektif atau cara pandang pekerja terhadap pentingnya penerapan SOP. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perspektif pekerja dengan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap SOP K3. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional yang dilaksanakan pada periode Oktober 2024 hingga Oktober 2025. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 268 pekerja, dengan sampel sebanyak 158 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Perspektif pekerja diukur menggunakan skala Likert, sedangkan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap SOP K3 diukur menggunakan skala Guttman. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki perspektif positif terhadap SOP K3. Analisis bivariat memperlihatkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara perspektif pekerja dan kepatuhan terhadap SOP K3 (p = 0,004). Pekerja yang memiliki perspektif positif cenderung menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan yang lebih tinggi. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa perspektif pekerja berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap SOP K3. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk memperkuat program pelatihan, komunikasi, serta melibatkan pekerja secara aktif dalam penerapan SOP guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sehat.References
