PENDEKATAN RESPECTFUL MATERNITY CARE (RMC) DALAM PELAYANAN KEHAMILAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA IBU DENGAN DISABILITAS SENSORIK

Kehamilan pada perempuan dengan disabilitas sensorik memerlukan pendekatan asuhan kebidanan yang inklusif, aman, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan psikososial ibu. Hambatan komunikasi, keterbatasan akses informasi kesehatan, serta stigma sosial dapat meningkatkan kecemasan selama kehamilan, terutama pada ibu primigravida, sehingga berpotensi memengaruhi kesiapan persalinan dan kesehatan ibu maupun janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pendampingan kebidanan berbasis Respectful Maternity Care (RMC) yang dikombinasikan dengan komunikasi adaptif dan intervensi prenatal gentle yoga terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil dengan disabilitas sensorik. Desain penelitian menggunakan observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu hamil dengan disabilitas sensorik, dengan sampel satu ibu hamil primigravida yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20), observasi, serta catatan asuhan kebidanan selama trimester kedua hingga trimester ketiga. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan skor SRQ-20 setiap kunjungan. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan skor kecemasan dari 12 menjadi 4 setelah pendampingan berbasis RMC, komunikasi adaptif melalui media tulis, latihan prenatal gentle yoga rutin, dapat meningkatkan kesiapan psikologis ibu menghadapi persalinan dan memperkuat rasa percaya diri ibu dalam menjalani proses kehamilan serta meningkatkan kualitas interaksi dengan tenaga kesehatan selama pelayanan antenatal berkelanjutan yang berpusat pada ibu secara menyeluruh dan bermartabat bagi perempuan penyandang disabilitas sensorik.References
