PENGARUH DEVELOPMENTAL CARE TERHADAP INTENSITAS NYERI PADA BAYI DI RUANGAN NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (NICU) RSUD ANUTAPURA PALU

Nyeri pada bayi merupakan respon fisiologis akibat Tindakan medis invasif yang sering terjadi selama perawatan di ruang Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Apabila nyeri tidak ditangani dengan tepat, dapat muncul gangguan perkembangan neurologis dan fisiologis jangka panjang. Pendekatan developmental care sebagai metode non farmakologis menekankan penyesuaian lingkungan dan perilaku perawatan untuk meminimalkan stres serta nyeri pada bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh developmental care terhadap intensitas nyeri pada bayi di ruang NICU RSUD Anutapura Palu. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasy experimental dengan pendekatan one group pre-test and post-test design. Populasi ialah seluruh bayi yang dirawat di NICU RSUD Anutapura Palu pada Juli 2025. Sampel berjumlah 12 bayi yang dipilih melalui systematic sampling. Intervensi developmental care diberikan sesuai kondisi bayi, dan tingkat nyeri diukur sebelum dan sesudah tindakan menggunakan lembar observasi NIPS. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Terdapat penurunan intensitas nyeri yang bermakna setelah intervensi developmental care. Sebelum intervensi sebagian besar bayi mengalami nyeri sedang hingga berat, sedangkan setelah intervensi seluruh bayi mengalami nyeri ringan. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai p = 0,002 (p < 0,05), menandakan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara tingkat nyeri sebelum dan sesudah intervensi Developmental care berpengaruh signifikan dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada bayi di ruang NICU dan efektif sebagai metode non farmakologis untuk manajemen nyeri.References
