HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEMAMPUAN FUNGSIONAL DAN TINGKAT DEPRESI PADA PASIEN STROKE ISKEMIK

Stroke iskemik merupakan penyebab utama disabilitas jangka panjang yang sering disertai gangguan psikologis, salah satunya depresi. Penurunan kemampuan fungsional akibat stroke dapat memengaruhi kemandirian pasien dan berpotensi meningkatkan risiko depresi. Namun, hubungan antara kemampuan fungsional dan tingkat depresi pada pasien stroke iskemik masih menunjukkan hasil yang tidak konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan fungsional dan tingkat depresi pada pasien stroke iskemik. Penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional pada 79 pasien stroke iskemik. Kemampuan fungsional dinilai menggunakan Barthel Index dan tingkat depresi diukur dengan Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II). Analisis hubungan dilakukan menggunakan Likelihood ratio. Sebagian besar responden berusia 46–55 tahun dan berjenis kelamin perempuan. Mayoritas responden memiliki kemampuan fungsional dependen ringan dan tingkat depresi minimal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan fungsional dan tingkat depresi pada pasien stroke iskemik (p = 0,404). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara kemampuan fungsional dan tingkat depresi pada pasien stroke iskemik.References
