ANALISIS ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PASIEN MUSCLE CRAMP DENGAN TINDAKAN AKUPRESUR DAN AKUPUNTUR DI POLIKLINIK KESEHATAN TRADISIONAL RSUD BALI MANDARA

Muscle cramp atau Kram Otot merupakan gangguan muskuloskeletal yang ditandai kontraksi otot involunter dan nyeri akibat ketidakseimbangan kontrol neuromuskular, gangguan elektrolit, dehidrasi, serta kelelahan otot (Miller et al., 2021). Prevalensi global dilaporkan 36–95% dan sekitar 50–60% orang dewasa pernah mengalami Muscle cramp (Bordoni et al., 2025; Therkildsen et al., 2024). Di Indonesia, prevalensi pada atlet mencapai 54,8% (Baskoro et al., 2018), sedangkan pada pasien hemodialisis berkisar 33–86% dengan angka 46,9% pada salah satu rumah sakit (Deannova et al., 2025; Istyanti et al., 2025). Meskipun akupresur dan akupunktur telah diteliti secara terpisah, masih terbatas kajian yang mengintegrasikan keduanya dalam kerangka asuhan keperawatan berbasis proses keperawatan pada kasus Muscle cramp (Mohmadi et al., 2016; Zhang et al., 2021). Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan kombinasi akupresur dan akupunktur yang terstruktur sesuai tahapan asuhan keperawatan, serta evaluasi klinis komprehensif terhadap intensitas nyeri, frekuensi kram, dan kemampuan fungsional pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Muscle cramp dengan intervensi tersebut di Poliklinik Kesehatan Tradisional RSUD Bali Mandara. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan pengkajian, diagnosis, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Intervensi diberikan secara terprogram dengan pemantauan skala nyeri, frekuensi kram, dan toleransi aktivitas. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan intensitas nyeri dan frekuensi kram, peningkatan relaksasi otot, serta perbaikan kemampuan aktivitas tanpa efek samping bermakna. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah kombinasi akupresur dan akupunktur efektif sebagai intervensi komplementer dalam asuhan keperawatan Muscle cramp melalui modulasi neuromuskular dan peningkatan perfusi lokal, serta memberikan model praktik aplikatif yang dapat diadopsi di layanan keperawatan tradisional terintegrasi..References
