PENGARUH THOUGHT STOPPING THERAPY TERHADAP EFIKASI DIRI DALAM REGULASI EMOSI PADA REMAJA USIA 15-19 TAHUN DI SMKN 3 KUDUS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Thought Stopping Therapy dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri dalam regulasi emosi pada remaja usia 15–19 tahun di SMKN 3 Kudus. Efikasi diri yang baik merupakan faktor protektif dalam menghadapi stres, kecemasan, serta tantangan psikososial pada masa remaja. Namun, data pendahuluan menunjukkan tingginya prevalensi gangguan emosional dan rendahnya kemampuan regulasi emosi pada siswa SMK di Kudus, sehingga diperlukan intervensi berbasis terapi perilaku kognitif yang mudah diterapkan di lingkungan sekolah. Target khusus penelitian meliputi: (1) mengukur perubahan efikasi diri dalam regulasi emosi sebelum dan sesudah terapi pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol; (2) menguji pengaruh signifikan Thought Stopping Therapy terhadap peningkatan efikasi diri; dan (3) menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah nasional terakreditasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI TO (Teknik Otomotif) dengan populasi sebanyak 109 siswa dengan sampel yang didapatkan berjumlah 52 siswa (26 intervensi, 26 kontrol), dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi dilakukan selama dua sesi dengan pendekatan Thought Stopping menggunakan panduan buku kerja, teknik relaksasi, dan penghentian pikiran negatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner RESE dan dianalisis dengan uji t atau uji non-parametrik sesuai distribusi data. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji statistik bivariat, baik parametrik maupun non-parametrik tergantung distribusi data, untuk menguji signifikansi perubahan.References
