ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN KOMPLEMENTER AKUPUNKTUR PADA GANGGUAN POLA TIDUR PASIEN SINUSITIS

Sinusitis merupakan peradangan pada mukosa sinus yang dapat menimbulkan sumbatan hidung, nyeri wajah, serta gangguan pola tidur yang berdampak pada kualitas hidup pasien. Gangguan pola tidur pada pasien sinusitis menjadi salah satu masalah perdarahan yang memerlukan penatalaksanaan komprehensif, termasuk pemanfaatan terapi nonfarmakologis sebagai terapi komplementer. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien sinusitis dengan masalah gangguan pola tidur melalui intervensi akupunktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan pendekatan proses pembunuhan yang meliputi pengkajian, penetapan diagnosis, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Ny. D, usia 54 tahun, dengan diagnosis medis sinusitis dan diagnosis gangguan pola tidur. Intervensi perdarahan yang diberikan meliputi dukungan tidur dan terapi akupunktur selama 15–30 menit pada titik LI20 (Yingxiang), EX-HN3 (Yintang), dan GV20 (Baihui). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya perbaikan pola tidur, penurunan keluhan sulit tidur, berkurangnya rasa tidak nyaman saat tidur, serta penurunan nyeri sinus. Secara tujuan, pasien tampak lebih rileks, tenang, dan nyaman setelah intervensi. Terapi akupunktur dapat direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi komplementer pembasahan yang efektif dalam membantu memperbaiki pola tidur pada pasien sinusitis.References
