BATASAN PROFESIONAL DAN DINAMIKA ETIKA DALAM HUBUNGAN PERAWAT-PASIEN : PERSPEKTIF EVIDENCE-BASED NURSING

Tinjauan literatur ini membahas konsep Boundary Making (Batasan Profesional) dalam konteks Evidence-Based Nursing (EBN). Melalui analisis terhadap sepuluh artikel ilmiah terbitan lima tahun terakhir, kajian ini menegaskan bahwa batasan profesional merupakan landasan etika yang penting untuk menjaga hubungan perawat–pasien yang aman, efektif, dan bersifat terapeutik. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan tiga tema utama: (1) batasan profesional sebagai pilar etika yang melindungi martabat pasien dan mempertahankan kepercayaan; (2) tantangan yang muncul akibat dinamika kekuasaan, ambiguitas peran, tekanan emosional, serta kurangnya pelatihan terstruktur yang dapat memicu terjadinya pelanggaran batas; dan (3) faktor internal seperti penalaran etis, nilai profesional, dan konsep diri positif yang memperkuat kemampuan perawat dalam menjaga batasan. Tinjauan ini menekankan bahwa kemampuan menetapkan dan mempertahankan batasan profesional merupakan prasyarat penting dalam penerapan EBN yang objektif dan etis. Rekomendasi meliputi integrasi pendidikan batasan profesional dalam kurikulum, penyusunan pedoman institusional yang jelas, peningkatan supervisi klinis, serta penelitian lanjutan berbasis intervensi.References
