Abstract

Gangguan pendengaran merupakan suatu kondisi kesehatan yang dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan seseorang dalam mendengar suara/bunyi dari sekitarnya. Gangguan pendengaran dapat bersifat sementara maupun permanen dan dapat terjadi pada berbagai rentang usia. Telinga merupakan salah satu alat indra yang penting dan berperan besar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari makhluk hidup. Telinga atau yang biasa dalam bahasa medis dikatakan auris ini memiliki fungsi utama sebagai indra pendengaran yang sangat diperlukan dalam memudahkan untuk berkomunikasi antara manusia. Salah satu pemeriksaan untuk mengetahui hantaran udara dan hantaran tulang pada telinga yaitu dengan audiometri nada murni. Mengetahui gambaran pemeriksaan audiometri nada murni pada pasien gangguan pendengaran di Poliklinik THT-KL RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian menggunakan rekam medik dengan teknik pengambilan total sampel pada pasien gangguan pendengaran yang melakukan pemeriksaan audiometri nada murni tahun 2022-2024. Dari 37 responden, didapatkan kelompok usia paling banyak usia 17-25 tahun (29,7%). Jenis kelamin terbanyak laki-laki (81,1%). Lokasi gangguan pendengaran terbanyak di unilateral (54,1%). Jenis gangguan pendengaran terbanyak tuli sensorineural (54,1%). Derajat gangguan pendengaran terbanyak tuli sedang (37,8%). Gangguan pendengaran paling banyak usia 17-25 tahun, jenis kelamin terbanyak laki-laki, lokasi gangguan pendengaran terbanyak unilateral, jenis gangguan pendengaran terbanyak tuli sensorineural, dan derajat gangguan pendengaran terbanyak tuli sedang.
