HUBUNGAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT DENGAN PENGENDALIAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI BERBASIS TEORI CHRONIC CARE MODEL

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang prevalensinya terus meningkat dan memerlukan pengelolaan jangka panjang. Kepatuhan minum obat menjadi faktor kunci dalam pengendalian tekanan darah, namun tingkat kepatuhan pasien hipertensi masih tergolong rendah. Chronic Care Model (CCM) menekankan pentingnya pendekatan pelayanan yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan dalam pengelolaan penyakit kronis, termasuk hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kepatuhan minum obat dengan pengendalian tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi berbasis teori Chronic Care Model di Klinik Zahra Medika Kecamatan Silo Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 pasien hipertensi yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi. Kepatuhan minum obat diukur menggunakan kuesioner Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8), sedangkan pengendalian tekanan darah diukur melalui observasi menggunakan tensimeter digital. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji Spearman Rank dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat kepatuhan minum obat yang rendah dan tekanan darah yang tidak terkendali. Analisis statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepatuhan minum obat dengan pengendalian tekanan darah (p < 0,05) dengan arah hubungan positif dan kekuatan sedang. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kepatuhan minum obat dan pengendalian tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Penerapan Chronic Care Model, khususnya pada komponen dukungan manajemen diri dan peran aktif perawat, berpotensi meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat serta pengendalian tekanan darah pasien hipertensi.References
