Peran caregiver dalam fasilitas perawatan lansia sangat penting, namun sering kali disertai dengan beban kerja fisik, emosional, dan sosial yang tinggi. Beban ini dapat diukur menggunakan Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor demografis dan sosio-ekonomi yang diduga memengaruhi tingkat beban kerja caregiver, seperti usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, status pekerjaan, penghasilan, status pernikahan, serta durasi dan lama bekerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Total sample yang terlibat adalah 25 caregiver lansia di Wisma Lansia Harapan Asri Banyumanik, Semarang, yang mengisi lembar informed consent. Data demografis yang dikumpulkan meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, status pekerjaan, agama, suku, penghasilan, status pernikahan, lama bekerja, dan durasi kerja harian. Beban kerja caregiver diukur menggunakan kuesioner ZBI. Data diambil pada bulan Juli 2025 di lokasi penelitian. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Dari 25 caregiver lansia, rata-rata usia adalah 26 tahun (rentang usia 18-73 tahun) dengan caregiver perempuan adalah 21 caregiver dan sisanya laki-laki. Semua data kharakteristik demografi yang dianalisis tidak menunjukan pengaruh terhadap beban kerja yang ditunjukan dengan skor ZBI yang rendah dan p>0.05. Kharakteristik demografi dan sosio-ekonomi seperti usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, status pekerjaan, penghasilan, status pernikahan, lama bekerja, dan durasi kerja harian tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat beban kerja caregiver lansia di Wisma Lansia Harapan Asri Banyumanik. Sehingga diperlukan eksplorasi faktor lain yang mungkin berperan, seperti dukungan institusional, kualitas pelatihan, atau aspek psikososial.References
