MENGENAL LEBIH JAUH KETERLAMBATAN BICARA PADA ANAK

Keterlambatan berbicara merupakan kondisi umum pada anak-anak yang dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor termasuk gangguan pendengaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran pasien dengan keterlamabatan bicara yang menjalani pemeriksaan pendengaran di Rumah Sakit Wahidin Sudirohusodo periode Januari-Desember 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif retrospektif dengan sampel 68 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data dikumpulkan dari rekam medis dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pasien berjenis kelamin laki-laki (56,25%) dan berusia 1-5 tahun (92,65%). Pemeriksaan OAE menunjukkan hasil pass 63,24% pada kedua telinga, sedangkan 30,88% mengalami gangguan pendengaran unilateral. Pemeriksaan lanjutan dengan BERA dan ASSR mengidentifikasi 7 pasien (10,29%) dengan derajat ketulian sangat berat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya deteksi dini gangguan pendengaran dan intervensi tepat untuk mendukung perkembangan bahasa anak.References
