PENGARUH SELF-HYPNOSIS TERHADAP MANAJEMEN EMOSI MAHASISWA KEBIDANAN STIKES PEKANBARU MEDICAL CENTER TAHUN 2025

Konsentrasi belajar merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa, khususnya mahasiswa kebidanan yang menghadapi tuntutan akademik dan emosional yang tinggi. Stres akademik, kelelahan mental, serta tekanan selama proses pembelajaran dan praktik klinik dapat menurunkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memusatkan perhatian. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui penerapan teknik self-hypnosis sebagai metode pengelolaan kondisi psikologis secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-hypnosis terhadap peningkatan konsentrasi belajar mahasiswa kebidanan di STIKes Pekanbaru Medical Center tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment. Responden penelitian dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan intervensi self-hypnosis, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan perlakuan. Pengukuran konsentrasi belajar dilakukan sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah intervensi (posttest) menggunakan instrumen kuesioner konsentrasi belajar yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor konsentrasi belajar pada kelompok eksperimen dari 65,30 ± 6,45 menjadi 78,60 ± 5,90, serta perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest (p < 0,05). Sementara itu, kelompok kontrol tidak menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Hasil uji independent sample t-test juga menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah self-hypnosis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan konsentrasi belajar mahasiswa kebidanan dan dapat digunakan sebagai strategi alternatif yang sederhana dan aplikatif dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran.References
