NARRATIVE LITERATURE REVIEW: POTENSI DIET DASH SEBAGAI PENDEKATAN NUTRISI PREVENTIF TERHADAP PREEKLAMPSIA

Preeklampsia merupakan komplikasi kehamilan yang ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan darah dan gangguan fungsi pembuluh darah yang dapat mengancam kesehatan ibu dan janin. Pola makan, termasuk diet Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH), diduga berperan penting dalam mengurangi risiko kondisi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan diet DASH dengan pencegahan preeklampsia berdasarkan hasil penelitian terbaru. Desain yang digunakan adalah Narrative Literature Review dengan populasi berupa ibu hamil dan sampel berupa artikel penelitian berbasis data yang relevan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling menggunakan kriteria inklusi artikel berbahasa Inggris atau Indonesia, terbit tahun 2020-2025, memiliki akses penuh, dan menggunakan desain studi berdasar data lapangan. Variabel yang dikaji meliputi kualitas diet DASH dan kejadian preeklampsia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan lembar ekstraksi literatur, sedangkan analisis dilakukan secara naratif-deskriptif. Literatur yang di review menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan terhadap diet DASH berkaitan dengan tekanan darah yang lebih stabil, penurunan stres oksidatif, perbaikan fungsi endotel, serta penurunan indikator risiko hipertensi kehamilan. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu hamil yang mengikuti diet DASH memiliki profil metabolik yang lebih baik dan risiko preeklampsia yang lebih rendah dibandingkan yang tidak mengikuti pola makan tersebut. Diet DASH berpotensi menjadi strategi nutrisi yang mudah diterapkan dan memberikan manfaat nyata dalam mengurangi faktor risiko preeklampsia, sehingga relevan untuk direkomendasikan sebagai bagian dari edukasi gizi bagi ibu hamil.References
