HUBUNGAN STIGMA DAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT ARV DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN ODHA DI PUSKESMAS LUBUK BAJA

Penyakit HIV/AIDS masih menjadi tantangan bagi kesehatan global. pasien ODHA seringkali mendapatkan perlakuan negatif karna stigma yang masih melekat di masyarakat, yang menghambat mereka dalam mendapatkan pengobatan dan menurunkan motivasi mereka dalam minum obat ARV yang menjadi faktor penting dalam menekan virus load, dan dapat memperpanjang hidup. Sehingga meningkatkan dan memastikan kualitas hidup pasien ODHA menjadi target global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan stigma dan kepatuhan minum obat ARV dengan kualitas hidup pasien ODHA. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang melibatkan 87 responden di Poli VCT Puskesmas Lubuk Baja Batam. Instrument penelitian menggunakan Berger HIV Stigma Scale, Morisky Medication Adherence Scale dan WHOQOL-HIV Bref quesionarre. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi square. Hubungan stigma dengan kualitas hidup pasien ODHA didapat p-value 0,827. Dan hubungan kepatuhan minum obat ARV dengan Kualitas hidup pasien ODHA didapat p-value 0,024. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepatuhan minum obat ARV dengan kualitas hidup pasien ODHA.References
