PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA YANG DIMODERASI KREDENSIAL PERAWAT DI RSPAU HARDJOLUKITO

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pihak rumah sakit dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja perawat melalui analisis hubungan antara kompensasi, kredensial, dan kinerja. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada bagaimana kompensasi yang diberikan serta kredensial yang dimiliki perawat dapat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan. Studi ini dilaksanakan di RSPAU Hardjolukito sebagai salah satu rumah sakit yang memiliki jumlah tenaga keperawatan cukup besar dan kompleksitas tugas yang tinggi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh perawat yang bekerja di RSPAU Hardjolukito, berjumlah 166 orang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 63 perawat yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling sehingga setiap anggota populasi memiliki peluang yang sama untuk terpilih. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel serta melihat peran kredensial sebagai variabel yang turut memengaruhi hubungan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, menegaskan bahwa pemberian insentif yang adil dan layak mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan kualitas kerja. Kredensial juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, yang berarti semakin tinggi kelayakan profesional perawat, semakin baik pula kinerjanya. Selain itu, penelitian menemukan bahwa kredensial berperan sebagai variabel pemoderasi yang memperkuat pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi dan pemeliharaan kredensial sebagai upaya meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan kompensasi di lingkungan rumah sakit.References
