ENHANCED RECOVERY AFTER CAESAREAN SECTION (ERACS): PENDEKATAN UNTUK PEMULIHAN LEBIH NYAMAN DAN CEPAT

Peningkatan angka persalinan Sectio Caesarea (SC) menuntut adanya pendekatan pemulihan yang mampu memberikan proses penyembuhan yang lebih nyaman dan cepat bagi ibu. Enhanced Recovery After Caesarean Section (ERACS) merupakan protokol komprehensif yang menekankan edukasi preoperatif, manajemen nyeri multimodal, nutrisi dini, serta mobilisasi awal untuk mempercepat pemulihan dan meningkatkan kenyamanan ibu pascaoperasi. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang menelaah sepuluh artikel terpublikasi tahun 2021–2025 untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas ERACS dalam mendukung pemulihan optimal. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ERACS konsisten menurunkan intensitas nyeri, mempercepat mobilisasi kurang dari 24 jam, mempersingkat lama rawat inap, serta meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kemandirian ibu. Pendekatan ini juga memperkuat literasi kesehatan melalui edukasi terencana sehingga ibu lebih siap dan percaya diri dalam proses pemulihan. Dengan demikian, ERACS terbukti menjadi pendekatan efektif untuk mewujudkan pemulihan pasca SC yang lebih cepat, nyaman, dan sejalan dengan prinsip promosi kesehatan.References
