PENGARUH INTERVENSI PERBAIKAN POSTUR TERHADAP PERUBAHAN RANGE OF MOTION PADA KONDISI FORWARD HEAD POSTURE PEMAKAIAN TAS RANSEL

Forward head posture (FHP) merupakan masalah postur yang sering terjadi pada remaja, terutama akibat penggunaan tas ransel yang berlebihan. Kondisi ini dapat menurunkan fleksibilitas servikal dan memengaruhi range of motion (ROM). Koreksi postur menjadi salah satu intervensi yang direkomendasikan untuk memperbaiki deviasi postur dan fungsi gerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh koreksi postur terhadap peningkatan ROM servikal pada remaja dengan FHP akibat penggunaan tas ransel. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-test–post-test design. Sampel sebanyak 10 siswa kelas VII yang teridentifikasi FHP dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling dari jumlah populasi dengan penentuan jumalah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Kelompok menjalani program koreksi postur selama 3 kali per minggu selama 4 minggu. Pengukuran FHP dilakukan menggunakan midline, sedangkan ROM servikal diukur menggunakan goniometer pada bidang sagital, frontal, dan rotasi. Analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji Wilcoxon untuk menilai perubahan ROM. Peningkatan bermakna pada ROM ekstensi servikal, dari mean 36,50° ± 2,415 menjadi 42,50° ± 2,108. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai p = 0,003 (p < 0,05), menandakan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari intervensi koreksi postur. Karakteristik sampel berdasarkan usia, berat badan, dan berat tas tidak menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna antar kelompok. Koreksi postur terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan ROM servikal pada remaja dengan FHP akibat penggunaan tas ransel. Program ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi preventif maupun rehabilitatif di lingkungan sekolah.References
