ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN FRAKTUR MAXILA DENGAN INTERVENSI MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR) UNTUK MENGURANGI NYERI AKUT DI RSUP KANDOU MANADO

Nyeri akut merupakan salah satu masalah utama pada pasien dengan trauma wajah, khususnya fraktur maksila. Penanganan nyeri yang efektif diperlukan melalui kombinasi terapi farmakologis dan nonfarmakologis. Salah satu teknik nonfarmakologis yang terbukti efektif adalah Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), yang dapat menurunkan persepsi nyeri sekaligus meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen nyeri melalui teknik MBSR pada pasien dengan fraktur maksila di RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus keperawatan terhadap seorang pasien laki-laki berusia 19 tahun dengan diagnosis fraktur maksila. Diagnosa keperawatan yang ditegakkan meliputi nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pencedera fisik, gangguan rasa nyaman akibat efek terapi, dan risiko infeksi terkait tindakan invasif. Intervensi keperawatan yang diterapkan mencakup manajemen nyeri, pengaturan posisi, dan pencegahan infeksi, dengan teknik MBSR dilakukan 2–3 kali sehari selama dua hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan intensitas nyeri dari NRS 6 menjadi NRS 4, ekspresi wajah pasien lebih rileks, mobilitas rahang membaik, dan pasien mampu melaksanakan MBSR secara mandiri. Tidak ditemukan komplikasi tambahan selama intervensi. Kesimpulannya, penerapan manajemen nyeri berbasis kombinasi farmakologis dan nonfarmakologis, khususnya MBSR, efektif menurunkan nyeri akut, meningkatkan kenyamanan, dan mendukung adaptasi pasien terhadap trauma wajah. Intervensi ini dapat dijadikan strategi keperawatan komplementer pada pasien dengan nyeri maksilofasial.References
